ЦЕНТРАЛЬНА АЗІЯ ПІСЛЯ РОЗПАДУ СРСР: ІНТЕРПРЕТАЦІЯ ІМПЕРСЬКОЇ СИСТЕМИ ТА ВІЙСЬКОВО-ПОЛІТИЧНА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ РЕГІОНУ (1991 – 1996)

У статті досліджено процес формування Центральної Азії (ЦА) як окремого геополітичного регіону в умовах розпаду СРСР та початкового етапу державотворення незалежних республік у 1991 – 1996 рр. Основну увагу зосереджено на впливі імперсько-радянської спадщини на політичну, економічну та військово-безпекову трансформацію Казахстану, Узбекистану, Киргизстану, Таджикистану й Туркменістану. Показано, що становлення нових держав відбувалося в умовах збереження структурної залежності від колишнього центру, що проявлялося у кадрових, інституційних і військово-інфраструктурних зв’язках. Проаналізовано еволюцію зовнішньополітичних пріоритетів Російської Федерації початку 90-х рр. та її обмежену регіональну активність на тлі західноцентричної орієнтації дипломатії. Розкрито особливості формування національних збройних сил держав ЦА на основі радянської військової спадщини, а також асиметричний характер їх трансформації, що супроводжувався скороченням озброєнь і концентрацією стратегічних ресурсів у Росії. Окрему увагу приділено процесам ядерного роззброєння, інституційному оформленню механізмів колективної безпеки та варіативності моделей військово-політичної адаптації в регіоні. Доведено, що ранній пострадянський період слід розглядати як етап інституційної перебудови колишньої імперської системи, а не її повного розриву, що значною мірою визначило подальшу еволюцію безпекових стратегій держав ЦА. Визначено, військово-політична трансформація в азійських країнах пострадянського простору у 1991 – 1996 рр. відбувалася шляхом інституційної перебудови мілітарної системи та її часткового відтворення в новому форматі. Сформований у цей історичний період високий рівень структурної залежності від російської військово-політичної спадщини визначив подальшу еволюцію безпекових моделей і зовнішньополітичних стратегій держав регіону.
