ПРОБЛЕМА БІЖЕНЦІВ ТА НЕЛЕГАЛЬНИХ МІГРАНТІВ У СВІТЛІ НОВІТНЬОЇ СТАТИСТИКИ

У пропонованій публікації досліджується статистика чисельності біженців, внутрішньо-переміщених осіб (далі – ВПО) та шукачів притулку, а також розглядаються проблеми нелегальної міграції упродовж 2017 – 2019 рр. Статистика чисельності біженців, ВПО та шукачів притулку, а також проблеми нелегальної міграції (та міграційних процесів) упродовж 1900 – 2016 рр. розглядалися нами раніше. Дана стаття включає в себе наступні підрозділи: загальні дані, ситуація на Африканському континенті, біженці та мігранти у високорозвинених країнах, проблеми мігрантів – мусульман, мігранти із Східної Європи, основні групи біженців, спроби прориву біженцями та нелегалами державних кордонів. По кожному із вказаних підрозділів наводиться нова статистична інформація за 2017 – 2019 роки. Серед основних груп біженців розглядаються еритрейські, сирійські, афганські, венесуельські та палестинські біженці. Наводиться динаміка чисельності цих груп біженців за 2017 – 2019 рр., а також аналізується інформація про основні країни їхнього осідання. Показано, що основна кількість біженців від воєн та конфліктів осідає здебільшого в сусідніх країнах. Наводяться останні дані стосовно чисельності мігрантів, включаючи біженців та нелегальних мігрантів. В останньому підрозділі пропонованої публікації – спроби прориву біженцями та нелегалами державних кордонів високорозвинених країн, нами проаналізовані спроби прориву кордону США з боку Мексики так званими «караванами мігрантів», переважно з центрально-американських країн, спроби прориву зовнішніх кордонів Європейського Союзу на Балканах з боку біженців та мігрантів з Сирії, Іраку та Афганістану, а також спроби прориву кордону між Ізраїлем та Сектором Гази з боку палестинських біженців, які знаходяться у вигнанні на цій території понад 70 років. Вказані фактори суттєво впливають на безпеку та стабільність у вказаних регіонах, а тому повинні знаходитися в полі зору світової спільноти, яка у свою чергу повинна шукати шляхи їх мирного вирішення.
